3 cheese asparagus puff pastry & lemon honey glaze
This recipe has a ton of my favorite things in it….cheese….meyer lemon…asparagus….and the “everything bagel seasoning” from Trader Joes. Have you tried this seasoning yet?? It’s life changing!! Sprinkle it on your avocado toast, veggies, pizza crust…..you get the idea 🙂 EVERYTHING! I have also seen large shakers at Costco currently so jump on it!! All that to say, this recipe is SO great since it does contain so many nummies! I plan to make this creation for my next potluck appetizer or even for Easter. Not only is is super easy but vegetarian as well. Just lookin’ out for all you peeps!!
Start by using a fork to pierce the puff pastry…
Next smear on a layer of goat cheese and shake with everything bagel seasoning….
Top with cheddar cheese and onions….
Last align all your little green army men in opposing directions and sprinkle with parmesan…
Bake until golden brown and pastry is completely cooked, wow will it smell amazing!!
Drizzle with honey lemon combo and enjoy warm!

This puff pastry is very easy, fresh, and addictive! From the nutty taste in the sesame seeds to the sweet honey glaze, you will find yourself wanting more and more.
- 1 sheet frozen puff pastry
- 1 lb asparagus
- 3/4 cup goat cheese
- 1/4 cup white sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan
- 3 tbsp everything bagel seasoning
- 1/2 cup sliced onions
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 tbsp corn starch
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 whole lemon juiced
- 1 dash salt
Defrost puff pastry on the counter. Preheat oven to 425 F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper and place puff pastry on it. Stab puff pastry with fork throughout sheet. Spread goat cheese over pastry sheet. Sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning. Top with onions and cheddar. Align asparagus in opposing directions and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake for 20-25 mins or until puff pastry is fully cooked. Meanwhile, prep sauce while baking. In sauce pan, add water to cornstarch and stir until dissolved. Next add all ingredients and allow sauce to simmer until thick. Stir constantly and remove from heat once thick, serve warm with puff pastry.
