Happy Wednesday 🙂 I hope your week is treating you well. Today, per request of my friend Seana, I was asked if I could do a Spaghetti Squash how to. Being a dietary restricted busy college student sometimes leaves few options for meals. My previous roommate, Ellyn, showed me how to make microwave spaghetti squash and it has become a staple in my diet ever since. The beauty of the spaghetti squash is that it is the perfect pasta substitute and you can add any sauce, protein, or veggies you would like and it only takes TEN MINUTES to cook. I have even made dessert spaghetti squash before by adding brown sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla in the mix. Feel free to comment your recipes or ideas below!
