Seasonal Sunday: Quick and Easy Sangria
The weather is looking up and the orange blossoms and wild flowers are smelling quite delicious- must be spring!! With a little more daylight I know I am enjoying being able to eat dinner on the patio and host friends for some BBQ’s, but that also means you need to have some quick and easy hostess recipes. Hence why I introduce you to this deliciously simple Sangria that will really wow guests!!
- 2 liters Burgundy wine
- 2 cups brandy
- 2 oranges
- 1 lemon
- 2 peaches
- 1 apple
- 1.5 cups of sugar
- and for an extra sweet, 32 oz apple juice
I love Sangria because it’s like the “soup” of drinks where you can really throw in any citrus and some sugar and be happy 🙂
Cut fruit and pour all together, let sit for at least 2 hours chilled. yum!
We enjoyed sipping on this Sangria today with some friends and they said it was they best they have ever had- I will let that do the speaking for ya on how it good it is 🙂
