Homemade Watermelon Mint Lemonade
As we enter the REAL summer heat (aka into triple digits) it is time to hydrate!! I usually love to drink coconut water to spice things up a bit but I also know that watermelon is SUPER hydrating, I mean heck it has the word water in it! I thought I would take a classic recipe and “zest it up” a bit with some colorful flavor. You can throw all these ingredients into a blender for a quick and refreshing summer beverage. Heck if you are hosting a cocktail party add a little tequila or vodka to this gem and you are set!
Cheers my friends!
