Healthy Mint Chip Shake

Here we are at the start of a new year and you are seeing the title “chocolate” and “shake” in the same sentence- yeppppers! Not to worry, I got you!! Making smoothies and shakes is definitely one of my favorite snacks or easy breakfast on the go and this is my latest creation that I am LOVING. It’s your classic mint chip flavor but wayyyy healthier without the ice cream and chocolate chips. Grab some cashew milk and a banana for that creamy factor and then a handful of mint as well as our secret weapon- cacao nibs. Ever heard of them? Nope not cocoa, C-A-C-A-O. Cacao nibs are the cacao beans that have been roasted, separated from their husks and broken into small pieces- making them the purest form of chocolate you can consume. This raw chocolate is much less processed than cocoa powder or chocolate chips, etc. Cacao nibs are known to have a more antioxidants than tea, wine, and blueberries! Now you understand how we can kick off the New Year with this zesty yummy (healthy) creation? Let’s get to blending…

Simply add all your ingredients in the blender and blend away!!

Cheers my friends!
