Glass Dome Table Number

Tomorrow is a big and a very FUN day for Zest it Up.  We are working with Sammy Williams Hair and Makeup, Kelsea Holder Photography, and Chelsea Cutler of Blissful Blossoms. Picture this: a gorgeous southern wedding situated in a tree house platform replete with rope bridge, large trees and Spanish moss.  Don’t worry, we will be sharing plenty of pictures with you….lot’s of eye-candy!

One little project we have been working on is figuring out what we wanted to do for a table number.  In our junking, we found this very cool glass dome for a clock that had been most likely broken or lost.  Enter the Sharpie Paint pen:

DSC_1377I decided to just wing-it by creating a font for my number by drawing free-hand.  However, it would be super simple to print out your number and turn it into a template by using an exacto-knife.

DSC_1378After prepping the glass with a quick wipe of rubbing alcohol, I drew my table number right onto the glass.  It turned out so cute, that I had to run into the house and grab some flowers to make a “mock” centerpiece for you to check out.  I love it!

DSC_1375DSC_1371DSC_1373Pretty darn cute, right?  Evangeline commented that it reminded her of Disney’s Beauty and the Beast….remember the rose?  LOL.  Just wait til you see it in our photo-shoot, drenched in gorgeousness inspired by the deep South.  So excited!

Thanks for checking in with what we are Zestin’ Up!  Oh, and if you are a bride, this is such a cool way to bring a personal touch….and it’s so easy
