In your cocktail shaker filled with ice, add a tablespoon of grapefruit zest, two shots of gin, the juice of half a grapefruit and a tablespoon of your rosemary sugar.

- 1/2 grapefruit, juiced
- 1/2 grapefruit zest
- 1/2 tbsp fresh rosemary
- 1 tbsp sugar
- ginger beer
- 2 shots gin
Muddle the sugar and rosemary, so that the flavorful oils release into the sugar.
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the zest, juice, the muddled rosemary and sugar, two shots of gin and give it a good shake so that the sugar can dissolve.
