Gin & Ginger Grapefruit Cocktail with Fresh Rosemary

The pastel coral color that the grapefruit zest gives this cocktail only makes it even more dazzling. I feel like this is the perfect sipper for poolside hangouts. You might want to think about elevating the backyard margarita tradition after trying this one!

Fresh grapefruit, grapefruit zest and zester, a small container of sugar with fresh rosemary and a bottle of ginger beer

Start by muddling your fresh rosemary into your sugar. You want to smash and bash this so that the flavorful oils release into the sugar.

Give your concoction a shake to help dissolve the sugar.

Prepare a couple of martini glasses by filling them halfway with your favorite ginger beer. The stronger ginger bite the better! Then filler up with your pretty grapefruit mixture.

Float a rosemary flower for that extra touch of swank, and you are done! This cocktail is fresh and lovely for a summer day. I love that it looks fussy without really being a fuss. That’s a win-win in my book!
