How do I book a “zest” wedding? To lock in your wedding date simply contact us to check availability and receive an estimate, if all is a great match simply send your signed contract and 25% non-refundable deposit to secure your date.

Do you still cater weddings? After 7 glorious years of feeding families and friends for the best day ever, we have decided to focus on other branches of our business. You can still have a “zesty” wedding through design and coordination, and we are happy to help you find the best caterer ever!

How many people will be present on the day of the wedding? One primary zest coordinator and an assistant, unless otherwise noted based on headcount.

Do you offer “day of” or “month of” coordination?We strongly believe it takes more than a month to dream and plan up the perfect day, which is why we do not offer this package. All our packages include timelines, layouts and vendor recommendations. Our smallest package is titled “Just the Icing” and is best for the bride and groom that wants to plan more of the wedding themselves.

Do you have event insurance? You bet!

Do you offer hourly consultations? Yes we are happy to help you plan and design in an “a la carte” package titled “A Dash of Zest”- let’s grab coffee and chat!

Zest studio + Private Party FAQ’s

How many people can fit in the Zest it Up studio?  30 guests can be comfortably seated

Where is the studio located? Zest it Up is located at 8793 Plata Lane Suite E Atascadero CA 93422

Can I bring my own food and beverage to my workshop or party? We pride ourselves in being designers AND foodies, so we like to keep it easy by providing a cheese and charcuterie board for you and your guests but if you want to bring your own tasty treats by all means! We also will provide water and iced tea but feel free to bring alcoholic beverages. We simply ask that you let us know what other items you plan to bring so we can have ample room for set up/paper goods.

What is the minimum for a private workshop? We ask that you gather up at least 8 of your best friends, family or employees.

How long do workshops usually last? The average workshop lasts about 2hrs with the exception of weaving workshops, which last 3 hrs.

When can I host my party or workshop? We are super flexible, we offer workshops weekdays and weekends, afternoon and evenings- feel free to send over some timeframes/dates you were hoping for and we can check our events calendar.

How do I book my private party? To lock in your party date, simply contact us to check availability and receive an estimate. If all is a great match, simply send your signed contract and $100 non-refundable deposit to secure your date.

How long do parties last and when can I arrive? All parties are welcome to have a 30 minute set up before the party. All children can be dropped off @ Zest studio no earlier than 10 mins prior to the start of the party, and picked up no later than 10 mins after the end time.

Are adults required to stay for my child’s birthday party? We require a few adults to stay based upon craft, age of kids and headcount. This will be determined and agreed upon amongst booking party. All adult attendees are welcome at no additional cost.
