How-to Cook with a "Talley Box" Workshop

We will go over the basics of how to cook, marinate, and even prepare raw dishes using the colorful treats of the season! Our menu will include:

  • Heirloom tomato gazpacho
  • Seared shishito peppers with a creamy drizzle
  • Roasted corn salad
  • Marinated veggies for the BBQ
  • Seared flank steak with blackened pepper romesco sauce

All guests will enjoy the bounty of yummy food, and a glass of Talley wine to enhance the seasonal flavors. Attendees will also enjoy a little creative outlet as they wood-burn a small cutting board for their veggie adventures at home!

* Attendees must be 21 years or older.

** Due to limited seating and high demand of workshop tickets, we have a 48 hour cancellation policy to receive a refund or to reschedule. We have a workshop minimum of at least 5 people. If we need to cancel the workshop we will notify the guests at least 3 hours in advance. Either a refund can be issued or credit can be kept on file to be used at a future workshop.
