I hope you are enjoying this beautiful Sunday with friends and family!! I feel like Sunday’s are the “ahhh” days where amongst the busy week we are all hoping to be able to catch our breath, maybe get a few house projects done or be outside. As you are soaking in the sun this lovely day I hope this little cocktail is one to inspire. Not only is it bright and cheery but a great sipper while telling stories and hanging with friends and familia. This cocktail has A LOT of things I love all wrapped up in it. Many of you know how much I love coconuts and lemons, but do you also know that I am Italian? That’s right bring on the homemade limoncello recipe. Today I thought we would “zest things up” with taking a spin off your average limoncello and adding some zest. We also recently had to say goodbye to our dear friend and zesty photographer, Jessica from A little Long Distance. Well in Zesty fashion it is not a “goodbye” without sharing a last meal and drink together… you will see just how handy this little recipe came into play….
1 part limoncello
2 parts coconut milk
toasted coconut for garnish
Shot, stir and sprinkle…
I’m crazy about those coconuts!!
Cheers to an amazing Zest adventure with our Jess!!
Time for a little “thank you” gift…
We all know where her Zesty home will be 🙂
CA looks good on you girl!!!
We miss you Jess!!!!
