Cinnamon Yogurt Blueberry Bites

Have you attended one of our Cubs + Crafts sessions yet? Or how about Kids Craft Day? If you are local, these are some fun kids crafting days you won’t want to miss!! We all hang in the Zest studio and get crafty while enjoying yummy and nutritious snacks. These cinnamon yogurt blueberry bites were a HUGE hit at our last crafty session, we just had to share the recipe for you!! I would say these are great for the kiddos, which is true, but not going to lie I thoroughly enjoyed a handful of these treats as well! Something tells me this will be a “go to” snack for me this Summer when I am craving a refreshing healthy snack!

Mix the cinnamon and yogurt and toss blueberries in mixture to completely coat.

Place cookie sheet in freezer for about an hour or until blueberries and yogurt are completely frozen. Serve chilled!

Yum!Now we just have to avoid a brain freeze!

These antioxidant rich blueberries are the perfect afternoon snack, complete with probiotics packed in that greek yogurt and sweet cinnamon to finish- kids are sure to love!!

Course: Gluten Free, Snack
Servings: 4
Ingredients
  • 1 clamshell blueberries
  • 2 cups greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp cinnamon
Instructions
  1. Take cookie sheet and line with wax paper. Mix greek yogurt and cinnamon together and toss blueberries in mixture. Sprinkle yogurt coated blueberries on sheet, making sure they don't touch. Place in freezer for at least an hour or until blueberries and yogurt are completely frozen. Serve chilled or they will melt! Enjoy!
