Apple, cheddar, ham spinach panini
This cold weather has got me wanting warm things!! We busted out this yummy panini on our lunch break the other day with items that were already in the fridge- gotta love that! We thought we would share this yummy flavor combo and inspire you to think out of the box a bit with your next lunch. Also- did you know that panini is an Italian word originally meaning “small bread”- fun fact! This small yummy toasted sando will deliver BIG flavor and smiles 🙂
- Sourdough bread
- White cheddar
- Red onion
Assemble your panini with cheese, spinach, onions then ham and then your opposing side with another slice of cheese so that is closest to the bread- aka better melting factor!!
A quick swipe of butter on the top and bottom of your panini….
Time to grill! I got my panini maker as wedding gift about 6 years ago and I love it!! It’s a Cuisinart and I love that it really cranks on the heat and is super easy to clean since the grills pop in and out!
