Happy St. Patricks day to you!! As you enjoy your corned beef, cabbage and Guinness today, I can’t help but share this Bailey’s Irish Cream cake (which I got from the O’Leary Family- can’t get much more legit Irish than that!) . I literally made this cake in 4 minutes, then popped it in the oven and dusted with powdered sugar- can’t get any easier!!
- 1 chocolate cake mix
- 1 package instant chocolate or vanilla pudding
- 1/3 cup oil
- 1/2 cup Bailey’s Irish Cream
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 cups chocolate chips
Mix all ingredients together, pour into greased bundt pan, bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes, Let cool 10 to 20 mins and remove from pan, when cooled dust with powdered sugar.
