Simple Cranberry & Rosemary Baked Brie
1 wheel of brie cheese
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup whole cranberries
1 cup walnuts, chopped
3 tbls fresh rosemary, finely chopped
1 cup brandy
Combine the chopped walnuts, brown sugar, and rosemary in a pot with a pinch of salt.
Add the brandy and cook just until the brown sugar has liquified.
Place the wheel of brie in an oven safe dish and then pour your cranberry mixture right on top. Place it in a preheated 350*F oven and let it bake for about 10 minutes. You want enough time for the brie to become molten inside and for the sugars in the topping to have thickened and caramelized.
