Savouring Saturday: Pomegranate, Apple & Rosemary White Sangria

Why hello! So sorry for the lack in post yesterday, we were quite busy prepping and decorating for our Zest Holiday party!! (pictures to come soon!) But we do have a fabulous recipe we used at the party to share with you for this week’s Savouring Saturday….Pomegranate, Apple, and Rosemary Sangria- YUM!

We saw this recipe over at Bakeaholic Mama and did our own twist with the apples for a tart but beautiful taste (great to munch on these apples in every sip too!)photo 1Ingredients:

  • 1 bottle of dry white wine
  • 3/4 cup pomegranate arils
  • 4 springs of fresh rosemary
  • 1/4 cup simple syrup
  • the juice of 1 lemon
  • the juice of 1 orange
  • 1/3 cup Triple Sec  

Directions:

  1. In a large pitcher add everything together.
  2. Refrigerate for 24 hours.
  3. Serve over ice.
