Find & Fix it Friday:
This simple project is great for a gift or just an easy Sunday afternoon project to add some character to your yard or garden. One of the biggest trends we have seen in the past few years at weddings are wood slices. They make for an awesome base for centerpieces or a great backdrop for signs all while adding the perfect rustic touch. You can also have slices in varying size, and let’s face it they are inexpensive and easy to get your hands on. But what to do with those little wooden slices once your done celebrating the big day?? Well a bonfire is one route, but here is another- haha.
6 wood slices (ranging from 2 to 3 inches in length)
hot glue gun
First cluster all your wood pieces together to create your ideal flower shape..
Next stack and glue until all pieces are secure and then glue to the dowel as well…
