Have I told you about how much I love lemons? I think it’s not just the amazing taste but also the way they can be used for soooo many things from cleaning to cooking and decoration. Plus I really like the color yellow. So with that it’s only natural that I am extra excited to share one of our favorite little delis in SLO that has a lemon as their mascot. Meet Lincoln Market & Deli. Chanda and I both agree it’s a really good thing we don’t live anywhere near Lincoln street otherwise we would find ourselves skipping here wayyy to often. Not only do they have an amazing menu with fresh and unique fixin’s but also some basic necessities that can save you a quick trip from the grocery store. Aaaaand they do all of this while getting the “zest” stamp of approval on style- such a charming space!!
Love the little details like the lavender and mason jars- so homey.
Some awesome community tables for meeting up to grab a quick bite!
Now time to order up!! Here is the menu.
I ordered my own little turkey creation that was the bomb!
Brittany munched on their yummy vegetarian sammie.
Chanda Panda was a good gluten free girl and rocked a gorgeous salad!
We managed to sneak this trip in with “B” before she left us for Europe. She introduced us to a new great local wine, and of course the label is amazing too! We had to save it for our friends over at Avion & Claw.
They have this lovely outdoor patio to soak up some sun as well, which of course are surrounded by lemon trees!!
Definitely make Lincoln street deli on your next lunch break stop!!
