La Croix is the latest greatest in the beverage world-meeting the refreshment needs of all those who seek a refreshing carbonated and low sugar drink to really satisfy the tastebuds. I must admit that when they first started their rising popularity I was a bit skeptical, but I also am not huge on sparkling water. That was until I saw all their flavor combos!! Wowzers- over 20 flavors- that is impressive my friends. To me that screams room for creativity- which is exactly what we are going to do today! Why not experiment with sparking water- refreshing andddd hydrating but add some playful booze? After all it is 100 degrees here today and I plan to be sipping a cold one today!! Phew!
I got a little nerdy and did some research on this “fancy” sounding drink- did you know that La Croix is actually a cross between the St. Croix, a river that runs along Wisconsin’s western border, and LaCrosse, the beverage’s Wisconsin hometown. LOVE IT!! You can learn tons of other random useless La Croix facts here– just saying. OK let’s get to mixing…..
Cheers my friends!
Easy and refreshing, this cocktail is sure to hit the spot!

Add St Germain and vodka to mixer with ice and shake. Pour into chilled glass. Top with chilled Grapefruit La Croix and add grapefruit peel for garnish. For sweeter cocktail swirl honey in glass. Enjoy!
