Today I want to share with you a little piece of our unique Central Coast city where all of the Zest Cal Poly interns reside. C’mon, it’s not called the “happiest city in America” for nothing! San Luis Obispo, a quirky California coast gem, lends itself to some wonderful exploring activities that quench my thirsty brain with inspiration. On a sunny Sunday afternoon, I took a trip to one of the few remaining adobe houses in SLO; the Dallidet Adobe once owned by an 1800’s histocal vitner who was of the first to begin the area’s now booming wine industry. This amazing site, also used as a wedding venue for smaller more intimate occassions, is the perfect place for a little home and garden creative stimulus . Check out all my photos from the day!
