Who doesn’t love a good Bloody Mary with a Sunday brunch? As we inch into the New Year we are all making our resolutions to live a healthy lifestyle right? Well today I am here to keep you accountable! ha! I have always loved juicing and all the freshness it brings- but why not bring it to a classic cocktail? (Spoiler alert- there is no alcohol in this recipe). Butttt I can say if it’s freshness you are seeking it won’t disappoint. I took all your classic Bloody Mary ingredients and juiced up a drink that is sure to leave you feeling energized and feeling healthy.
3 Celery stalks
1 bunch cilantro
Two lemons (peel rind off)
1/2 jalapeno de-seeded
Grab your juicer….
And start stuffing…
Gotta love all that color!!
I scooped a little of the foam off that naturally forms when you juice…
It’s all about those garnishes when it comes to a bloody!
And if you want to be naughty add a stab of bacon for the salty taste!!
