Green Machine Smoothie

Smoothies are potentially one of my favorite snacks because they are refreshing, filling, and generally make me feel healthy. Today I needed to get lot’s done for our upcoming month of events! Time for a smoothie that will really charge me up and also fill me since I usually forget to eat, what does that call for? The classic green machine. But my version is actually pretty tasty and sweet for being “greeeeeen,” check it out and slurp away!

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups silk coconut milk
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • favorite protein powder
  • 1/2 can of pineapple
  • 1 banana
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup ice

Directions:

Literally place all ingredients in mixer and blend well, serve cold and enjoy!
