Bailey’s Irish Bread Pudding

I know we got in the St Patrick day spirit a little yesterday with the chips and salsa, so just in case you were needing some inspiration for dessert- look no further! I had some extra pound cake from a tasting the other day and was feeling a little inspired- so we worked up some St Patricks day fun by creating our very own Bailey’s Irish Cream bread pudding. Not only was this dessert extra sweet but creamy too- so yummy!!

Ingredients:

1 cup Bailey’s Irish Cream

1 load Pound Cake

3/4 cup Raisins

1 Egg

Whipped Cream for topping

First beat your egg…

Slice up your pound cake into 1/2 inch cubes and place into baking sheet…

Next add 1 cup of Bailey’s to the egg mixture….

Add 3/4 cups raisins….

Pour the mixture over the pound cake and toss so the cake is completely covered…

Bake at 350 degreed F for 30 mins and top with whipped cream…
