This past weekend we had the honor of catering Earth System’s Holiday party again. This year Chanda and I were excited to zest up this holiday party tapas style with some new flavors and bites. Boy did they have a great menu….yep still salivating over those killer coconut shrimp we made!! Today we will show you a few pics I managed to snap amongst set up- hope this menu and decor can inspire your own zesty christmas or holiday party….
Sesame crusted seared ahi atop a wonton crisp and drizzled with a creamy miso dressing
Coconut shrimp served with an apricot and chili sauce
Sweet and Spicy Cheese Stuffed Jalapenos Wrapped in Bacon and Brushed with a Brown Sugar Glaze
Phyllo Tartlets of Baked Brie with Roasted Chipotle Raspberry Sauce
Bacon Wrapped Dates stuffed with Fresh Goat Cheese and Basil with a Balsamic Reduction
Marinated Chicken Skewers with Homemade Peanut Sauce

Pecan and bourbon baked brie served with crostini and apples
